Let the Summer Games commence! Win rewards and recognition on the road to our September update. Publishing Partner Producer godspeed is back for another episode of Eye on Solisium. This installment covers the Percy Amitoi Coloring Contest, Summer Fashion Contest, Hide n’ Seek event, Chat Emoji Contest, Profile Frame Contest, Illusion Workshop Contest, and Biggest Catch Contest. We’re also excited to announce an August Creator Roundtable featuring Creators Grobs, Whelps, and Aragon. Following the original Color Craft: Amitoi Edition contest, you have another opportunity to directly influence future Amitoi. Color in the provided Percy Amitoi image with your own personal touch before the August 15 deadline and then vote for your favorite. The most popular choice will be added to the game as a future reward. The winner will also receive the Brush Boss title, Illusion Scrolls, Dyes, and Sewing Threads. Summer Fashion Contest: August 11

Rewards

There are desirable rewards at every level, but the most ambitious adventurers will strive to achieve max level (level 50) for the following loot.

Additional Battle Pass experience upon reaching level 50 will be converted into Star Crystals. Be advised, at the end of the Battle Pass season, your Star Crystals will turn into Quality Recovery Crystals.

I did zero p2w content. Read this review if you want an insiders look at maxing gear without using the p2w features.

Got to the max level. Checked out PvP burst meta builds that were also viable in PvE content. Unfortunately, they don't blend well. Needed two independent gear types if I wanted to be viable in both. This was a colossal under-taking. There's very few builds that will work viably in both high difficulty PvE and the sweaty swamp ass PvP. I decided to focus more on PvP and try to build up PvE gear along the way.

200 hours to max out my PvP gearset. I did everything possible to get rare drops. Contract coins, abyssal contracts, world bosses ANY time they came up, any opportunity I had, I blew it hunting gear that had my specific attributes. The in-game guides were pretty helpful in figuring out what dungeons I needed to specifically focus on. I literally min-maxed my time to get my gear rolling. And it still took me over 200 hours.

Mind you, this was base rarity PvP gear. No insane world-boss drops. Or ultra rare unique from guild bosses. Just base rarity drops with easy-to-obtain attributes on the weapons. 200 hours honestly still wasn't enough time for this. I got incredibly lucky on a world boss drop that I was able to sell on the auction house for like 2000 of the P2W currency, which I then used the P2W currency to finish out my gear. In reality, this would've probably taken me over 400 hours to complete my gear setup for PvP. The auction house with P2W currency is literally unavoidable. There's absolutely no other way to viably complete your gear because of how RNG every single drop is, and with how you need like 20 of any individual item to max out one of the 3 attributes on any one single piece of gear. The system is clearly designed to shift you into the direction of using money to obtain higher DPS, unless you are literally unemployed and totally okay with spending potentially thousands of hours on this single game.

PvE is recycled garbage. Nothing really special about it. They brought out *enhanced* versions of already released bosses... Insane for how much money they must be making off this game. They cap you on how many dungeons you can run in a single day, which really sucks for the gear grind (another mechanic to force you into the auction house). So you're basically PRAYING you get the ONE single drop you need from a boss with the correct attribute on it. Any other drops are a complete wash, and totally worthless. You could even get the EXACT item you're looking for, but since the attributes are RNG, it could have a completely useless buff on it. And since PvP is ran by 90% bots, most of the items out of PvP hold close to no auction house value. Everyone is looking for the exact same gear, so the ONE item you need will be listed on the auction house for like $40 equivalent. The system is in no way designed to give non-P2W players any leverage.

I finally maxed my PvP gear. Get amped. Practicied PvP a lot and studied the different builds so I'd go in and have a chance. .. Turns out, it's full of scripters. Even in just casual games. That's just the status-quo tho, so basically if you're NOT scripting, it's your own fault. I've PvP'd in most notable MMOs to a high level. I barely won 8 games over pushing PvP for weeks after I maxed out my gear. Tried so many different things. It seemed like EVERYONE I was up against just had an insane understanding of the game that I couldn't grasp. Turns out that wasn't the case, and these dudes were just scripting to counter anything I sent their way.

This scripting unfortunately bleeds over into a lot of the open world PvP as well. Guilds that completely build their PvP communities around the fact that they're literally cheating and ruining the game for everyone else, but they don't care. Some of the world bosses are in PvP zones, which makes for an exciting time (usually). Well these PvP world bosses are DOMINATED by the PvP scripting guilds. Thinking about staying in an abyssal dungeon when night rolls around? Think again, Bucko. Abyssal dungeons turn into open PvP areas. Which then turns into these PvP sweat lords running them into the ground. THERE'S LITERALLY ZERO BENEFIT TO KILLING OTHER PLAYERS IN ABYSSAL DUNGEONS AT NIGHT. THEY JUST DO IT TO MAKE OTHERS MISERABLE. WONDERFUL COMMUNITY.

Basically a TL;DR of this review: Don't waste your time on this game unless you want to run the same mindless PvE content for months on end, or unless you want to drop thousands of dollars on PvP gear and PvP scripts to squeeze out what little serotonin this game can offer.

Throne and Liberty? More like Throne and Lobotomy, because every minute you play this thing your brain cells file for early retirement. This “MMO” is basically a casino app with swords, except the slot machines are less rigged. You either swipe your credit card or get farmed by a dude who spent more money than your car’s worth.

The combat feels like controlling a forklift in molasses. The bugs? Oh, they’re features now. Fall through the ground? “Immersive exploration.” Invisible enemies? “Stealth mechanics.” Game crashes? “Dynamic difficulty.”

The devs promise “new content” but it’s just the same quest you did last month with the new outfits. They’ve got more skins than actual quests, more cheaters than legit players, and more excuses than an Xbox kid caught hacking in Call of Duty.

The story? Imagine if a generic fantasy plot generator had a hangover and typed it in all caps. The grind is so bad it makes Runescape look like a speedrun, and PvP is just watching whales duel by smashing their platinum credit cards together.

Honestly, this isn’t a game — it’s a medieval torture device disguised as a “live service.” At this point, the only throne is the toilet you sit on while uninstalling it, and the only liberty is the sweet, sweet freedom of never launching it again.

Final verdict: -1/10. If boredom was a weapon, Throne and Liberty would be a nuke.

Dont play this game. I played for you so you wont fall into trap. There is constant circle to force you to spend money in this game. Meaning, even after getting your gear good via or not via spending money after 1 or 2 months they become worthless. SO you need to spend the same amount of money again after 2 months to able to play pvp. AND if you are not fast enough you fall further and further behind each battle pass. Battle pass comes every 2 months or 6 weeks.

TLDR: cash grab mobile game.
