Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I really haven't been able to find any info on this!

In end credits we see various characters one of which is Bakman Shopkeeper, and I assume you can find them somewhere but I have searched high and low and can't find them anywhere.

Does anyone know if this character actually exists in the game or is this just a nod/reference to something I am not aware of?
