Question about Hell (major spoilers from III and Reverie)

(I would suggest not to read the following without having completed Momodora III and Reverie of the Night. Spoilers ahead)

Sarina of Ishlith mentions at the end of Artemisia's tomb that another girl from Koho had been there previously. Seeing that Momodora's III hell is a castle, is it too far fetched to think that it's actually Karst Castle? Is said girl Kaho? Is Rell connected to Kaho or the Queen of Karst?

Great games, all of them. Looking forward to anything that expands on the lore!

I remember that, that was the reason she left towards Karst, but what about the girl who had been in Artemisia's tomb?

The question is simply genius !!!
But in an email Rdein confirmed to me that Queen Karst and Rell are not the same person.
But I also wonder who the Maiden was before Momo in Artemisia's Tomb
