I also wish Boson X had a larger community, but fast-paced games like this unfortunately don't retain communities very well since there isn't much room for discussion...
I'd argue it's simple controls more than terrible, but maybe that's due to my love for the game.
Half-baked in what way? Its a platformer - it has platforms and a way to get to them, as well as a scoring system. Does it need to be more?
