Each time I click on Unit Panel, I have a CTD. Have you an idea how to fix it ?

I.e. resource management, building ships with different stats, asking for technologies from your allies etc.

I thought, why not add to my Steam stash. Nope. Installs, but fails to run. Something lacking somewhere. I will settle for running my off Steam install instead. And not cry over a loss of $1.29
