Bonus unit from importing War of the Human Tanks save

Just a heads-up on the bonus mentioned on the store page:
"Import your save from War of the Human Tanks to unlock a special bonus unit!"

This requires you to basically full-comp War of the Human Tanks, just any save won't do.

A certain, very difficult end-game Free Battle gives you a message "Special Save Data Created!".

After that, you will find an "altermigration.asd" file in your SaveData folder. You can check whether you have the the file, to see if you have fulfilled the condition.

You will need to copy this save file to your ALTeR installation folder\savedata folder to unlock the bonus.

So if you never reached full completion in War of the Human Tanks, there is still time before ALTeR is released!

The bonus itself isn't game-changing though, so I don't recommend breaking your back to get it.

P.S. To clarify, a full game means that you must complete every story path. (I originally thought it meant you only needed to have a single path completed)

Apparently I just killed my old saves by syncing local and cloud files. Oh joy...

Edit: Luckily I still had an old save from my old Laptop, was only missing one ending on that one. Phew.

Eh, unlocking all the coliseums didn't require all endings for it to unlock for me. After completing both Miou endings, not all of them were available, but then completing The Daihon'ei Rebel Unit changed that. I'm not sure if it's tied to that specific ending (it pretty much establishes the premise that Alter's story seems to be about), getting a certain number of endings, or getting at least one ending in each "main" storyline branch, though. But you definitely don't need to 100% the game.

The second spoiler you mentioned was the first path I completed. I did not have the correct free battle, so I worked through all the other paths. After I completed path, I would check if I had it, and I didn't notice it until I had completed all four.

It is quite possible I simply missed it when scrolling through the list of free battles, as it was 2 AM and I had been playing it for.. well let's just say a long time ;-)..

So, I'm inclined to believe that you'd be right in saying that you obtained it from completing one path from each story, but honestly, I have no idea anymore, lol.

Ready and waiting, commander. 100% completion was nothing. Getting the 1mil mods was a bit tricky, though. =P Still #2 for global crates collected, lol.
