I am having issues with playing on VR, and saw I can play VTOLVR without VR. Which mod does this?

I am getting this alert when trying to load the latest version of Mod Loader. "Please uninstall the old mod loader and verify game files first." in part. I am unable to find any traces of the old loader. It's preventing me from using the latest version. Thanks...

since the last game update, the game keeps crashing. i'm in the air for 4-5 minutes and then the game always hangs. Then a sign with the voltol picture appears and underneath it says ... Please wait. Does anyone else have this?

I used to have the old mod loader ages ago but I have since reinstalled it on steam but I am unable to use it in the slightest, every time I try I just get a message box saying Please install the Mod Loader in the same drive as the game VTOL VR The files of the mod loader are within that of VTOL VR so I am not sure what could be causing the issue and the log files don't tell me much of anything. I have already tried reinstalling several times and deleting doorstop_config.ini....
