Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast


4 Slices Bread
4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
4 oz. Warm Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
¾ Cup Heavy Cream
1 ½ Cups Strawberry, Diced, Divided
⅓ Cup Sugar
Confectioners Sugar
Maple Syrup


1. Whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and milk together in medium-large bowl to create egg wash.

2. In medium bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, lemon juice and heavy cream (optional).

3. Take 2 slices of bread and spread mixture on both.

4. Press sliced strawberries on both slices & press together.

5. Dunk in egg wash.

6. Melt butter in a skillet on medium-low heat and cook bread for 2-3 minutes.

7. Stack and garnish with strawberries and sugar. Add maple syrup to preference.

The Intense nostalgia i have felt playing these was well worth the price and even though some of the games are grindy and you need knowledge of older formats i haven't had this much fun in a LONG time Thank you Digital Eclipse and konami please make another Collection soon

I never had the opportunity to play Yu-Gi-Oh Gameboy Advance games in my childhood Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection is truly a masterpiece the games are really fun and entertaining old school Yu-Gi-Oh back in the old days were way more fun than modern Yu-Gi-Oh games like Master Duel are very stressful to play become there too much competition i enjoy more old school yu-gi-oh more simple and fun to play
