Report a translation problem
Check if that is enabled:
In Windows, click on Start...
-> Settings
-> Updates & Security
-> Windows Security
-> Virus & Threat Protection
-> Under Virus & Threat Protection Settings, click on Manage settings
-> Manage Controlled Folder Access:
If it is enabled, you need to allow the NoLimits2stm.exe to access your folders.
The problem could also be caused by any kind of Anti-Virus software which you might be using. From time to time Anti-Virus scanners block exe files after there was an update.
