I want to translate this game, help me!
As the title suggests, I want to translate this game.
Problem is: I can't figure out how to access the files...
I read in a topic that we can use the UndertaleModTool to unpack the .win file and yes, I managed to do just that but not all the text is in there, apparently.
I found some for battles, shops, upgrades and such, but not a single line of dialog.
Can anyone help?

You could talk to the developer. He might help you find the files.

As Muu-san said, you need to talk to the dev. I already translate 3 games only by reaching to them (Devour, Skinwalker's Hunt and Witch Hunt).
The benefit is that it won't be a mod but integrated into the official game, which is nice.
