In the NHL, or another league? In the NHL, is that in an historical league or a modern day one?

First time I noticed the bug was in a historical league. This time I am in a custom league.

Strange, we'll check it out. Is it just happening in the first season, or every one after that, too?

Just finished a second year in custom league. The league is set to 84 game schedules. After 2 years I have 336 games played instead of 168. WLT and points are doubled as well. OTL I am unsure of since I don't get many of those. I will rush through a historical season tonight.

Still does it in season 2's. Tried this in custom, historical and normal game modes. Only seems to double it for me, not any of the AI GM's.

On another note, never see any rookie of the year awards being handed out, is there a known bug list somewhere? I do not want to waste your time with bugs that might already be known.

I have a theory as to why that its doubling the GM's stats. If you look at your team's personell you should notice that not only you are your team's GM but also its head coach. This only happens on a players team not an AI's. My assumption is that the game counts one win for the GM and one win for head coach which results in the double stats.

However you can't actually hire head coaches in game. The reason, although I don't really know if it's true or not, is that OOTP had disable hiring head coaches due to some strange bug that would crash the game if you hired one.

Certainly a theory for devs to look into, assuming this is not an isolated problem and other people have the same problem.

Yes, we disabled the ability to hire head coaches, but I believe some vestige of that was still left over in one of the updates. Do you have the latest version of the game, Rage?

I always update my game when updates become available through steam.1.6 Build 19?

Yes, that's the current version. Did you hire a head coach?

I did not see an option to do so.

Whatever I can do to help. If he does want a save let me know from which game type if it matters, since I do get the bug in standard, custom and historical game types.

Jeff said he'd like to see the save - Please upload it per the instructions in this forum post and note the name, the problem, etc. in the thread. Might as well start with a standard game and see what they say -- I don't know if they'll want to see other types of saves after that. Thanks.

So I zipped all the dat files in my saved game folder (hopefully thats what is needed) c:\users....franchise hockey manager 2014\data\Canucks.lg did not include any graphic files to keep file smaller.

At the risk of sounding like a moron, where do I upload the file to, I do not see an option to attach it to a post on that thread. The "How to FTP files to OOTP Developments " appears to be a broken link giving me this error "_mknowledgebase" SWIFT App does not exist".
