If you remove your crafting buddy from the craft, then go to re-add them, you get a chance to change their equipment on the screen where you are selecting them. (Ctrl on keyboard, Touchpad on Ps4, dunno about others.)

500K units sold are incredible.

But it's absolutely earned I've rarely seen such a good and bug-free game.

Unfortunately, a rarity these days.

Here's hoping for more free DLC and xpacks to this amazing game!

Anyone else would want a feature to change the gear of everyone, without them being in your party? Feel like the game is missing that :)
