Needed changes to address player activity decline.
Since the surveys are over, its hard to deliver feedback to the developers to decide the best course of action for the game's overall health.

Concerns

- Player activity has been declining at certain parts of the game outside of Japan but will also happen in Japan's community as well.


Suggested Changes

(Online/Local Play)

- Please update the "destination" to focus on strangelings, treasure trove, aging alter, or monster house in its searches.

- Please double or triple the amount of "fruit" obtained when completing the dungeon to lower the grind of owning all the "Makeover Box" unlocks.

- Please increase the amount of strangelings looted from the treasure chest as power ups; from 1 to 3 to speed up the grind.

- Please add a destination to "visit player islands" to collect the celestial flowers to the search engine.

Special Note : Please add a function similar to "Hagram" to collect all the flowers at once when visiting player islands.

- Please increase the 1,000 flower cap to 3,000 when visiting player islands per day.

- Please update the points acquired in Ginormosia to be much higher so we can upgrade the towers much faster.

- Please increase the amount of "Legendary Don Horn" drops to 4 per kill.

- Please increase the spawn rate of "Lordly Shark?" event in Ginormosia.


(Off line/Single player mode)

- Please update the Surprise, Happy, and Dreamy boxes to have a higher chance to collect the hidden items, recipes, and mounts you dont own yet to speed up the grinding. Then provide some kind of warning or indication that you've collected all the best stuff from that specific box so players can move on to the next.

- Please update the villagers to no longer give you "Quests" that require turn-ins to recipes you do not have unlocked yet.

- Please update the villagers to give you 2 recipes per day instead of 1.

- Please add a UI somewhere in the game to indicate when we have max friendship value with Edward after gifting him so much stuff.

- Please add a UI tab of missing recipes and hidden special items in the Encyclopedia to guide us to 100% completion.

- Please add a UI tab of missing stickers and hidden emotes in the Encyclopedia to guide us to 100% completion.


Bugs

- NPC: Edward continues to reteach recipes you already unlocked (fully) when appraising slates.

Special Note : Then provide some kind of warning or indication that you've collected all the slat recipes from him.

- Villager NPCs continue to reteach campfire, meat camp fire, and fish campfire recipes to the player thus... wasting a slot for that day of learning something new.

Player activity decline ? this is a solo game, its not that bad you know :)

If you reduce the grind, player activity will decrease as people complete the game 100%.

It’s true, player decline won’t hurt this game much as it can be completed solo which is how I played it.

The only thing would be the bonus of daily 1k flowers from visiting other islands because those gacha boxes are shat rng drop rate.

The grind is also why there is such a decline, players got burnt out and are waiting for updates/qol fixes.

I only log in now to attain the daily in house islander crafter recipes (I don’t tt or scum) and it’s honestly so not rewarding, idk why I’m even bothering… could be the completionist in me.

Either way a lot of things need to change especially post game, the grind took me 1k hrs solo because I didn’t enjoy MP, and I took my time mindlessly farming. I got more than my money’s worth but honestly the last 500hrs was me torturing myself to just finish everything the past 2 months. This game stopped me from enjoying other games because the obsession was very strong, very unhealthy. I love grindy games but not ones like this that make everything feel incredibly unrewarding afterwards.
