hey i had this on steam way back and reinstalled it recently but the controls are weird is there a way to make the game controls normal like make the mouse aim and etc, i tried the advance option by draging the setup into dosbox but i dunno what to do there if any can walk me through it , i would appreciate that thx

Do you have to use DOSBox, or are you fine with using a "source port"? If you want DOSBox only, you can try Bmouse: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Blood#Mouse_fixes

But source ports add in better mouse aim and controls, so i would suggest those. I use BuildGDX: https://m210.duke4.net/index.php/, tho with that cutscenes don't play, unless you do some tinkering.
