Hi everyone! The Halloween season has come to an end, it's time for Winter! We've got some new items and a few bugfixes/improvements for you!

NEW ITEMS:

• 2 new Epic outfits: Halloween outfit and Maid outfit!
  
• 3 new Epic items: Cone of Shame, Radiant Crown and Ear Remover! The latter is silly...
  
• 11 new rare items: Slice of Bread, Weird Glasses, Big Bow and more!
  
• 90 new common items: earrings, tail decorations, glasses, and so much more!

CHANGES:

• Halloween items will soon no longer be available in the store, you'll find some Winter items there instead.
  
• Added a lil checkmark to show you already own an item in the shop/catalog.
  
• Fixed issues with the daily item purchases. It should be less broken when Steam fails to complete its part of the job.
  
• Fixed Jumpscare setting being inverted... oops...
  
• The Max Affection achievement value in Steam should now match the in-game Affection Level.
  
• The Pumpkin Carving activity has been moved to the bottom of the list and no longer awards Jack-o-lanterns.
  
• Added a button to re-generate all the Affection wallpapers.

Hi everyone! The bugfix & improvements update is now out of beta!
Here's the list of changes:

IMPROVEMENTS:

• Receiving petals no longer shows the new item pop up in order to be less invasive. This can be configured in the settings.
  
• Added a setting to disable AFK jumpscare.
  
• You can now sort your inventory by Default, Rarity or Name.
  
• Reordered the effects list on the activity/food/plushies to match lil Silvy's stats list.
  
• Added a button to restart the game via steam when the game isn't launched that way.
  
• Added a pop up that tells you to enable the Steam Overlay when trying to purchase stuff with real money if the overlay is disabled in steam.
  
• You can now get 2 additional Jack-o-lantern hats per day. Scrap them for petals!

FIXES:

• Removed the stuff that caused input lag.
  
• Fixed "Buy on market" not leading to the right page.
  
• Fixed "Buy loot box" not working in the catalog.
  
• Fixed "New items!" notif showing multiple times.
  
• Jack-o-lanterns can now be sold for petals. You can't get them back ever again so a confirmation has been added.
  
• The game will now award achievements when restarting if it failed to award them during previous gameplay.
  
• If buying a daily item somehow fails on Steam's end, the game should now handle it better.
  
• Fixed Scene Outfit and Pink Outfit being the wrong quality (they're Epic now).
  
• Fixed a rare issue with saves breaking the game.
  
• Fixed "Oh this is going to be good" achievement not working.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• It can take a minute for the game to understand you've received an item via trade/market if done right after opening/crafting a loot box.

Hi everyone! Do you want to spend all your (in-game) money on gambling with loot boxes and assemble adorable outfits for Lil Silver? You're in luck, Pocket Waifu version 1.1 "The Cosmetic Update" allows just that!

We've added a bunch of hats, shoes, glasses, and many more items you can use to customize your Lil Silver! You can assemble the perfect fit, trade items and petals with other players, sell them on the Steam Community Market, or simply collect them!

But that's not all! The update includes two new fun activities: popcorn and pumpkin carving! The former will have Lil Silver cutely munch on popcorn (and throw and fail to catch it) with dynamic lighting, while the latter will have her cutely stab a pumpkin and wear it as a hat! Oh, the pumpkin carving is available only during the Halloween season until the end of November, so don't wait!

Here's a more organized list of changes! As usual, please let us know in the Petal Pal discord server or in the Steam Discussions if you encounter any bug!

NEW FEATURES:

• Added more than 50 cosmetic items which can be worn by Lil Silver!
  
• Added Sakura Petals which are acquired through playing (up to 5 per day) or scrapping items.
  
• Added Loot Boxes which can be opened for one random item (and sometimes free petals). They're acquired either by combining 10 Petals or bought with in-game money.
  
• Items and boxes can be traded with other players or sold on the community market! Petals can't be sold but they can be traded.
  
• Added a "supporter pack" duo of unique outfits which can be bought with real money. Micro-transactions might allow us to add Pocket Waifu cards, badges and emotes to Steam!
  
• Added a new activity: movie watching! Lil Silver eats popcorn with dynamic lighting based on what's happening your screen.
  
• Added a new activity: pumpkin carving! Lil Silver stabs a pumpkin until it looks silly! This activity is only available until the end of November and will award you with unique cosmetics!
  
• Added 9 new achievements!
  
• Lil Silver can now jumpscare you!

CHANGES, IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES:

• Sleeping has less effect on Hunger and Fun (lil Silvy was getting almost not hungry at all when sleeping, that's no longer the case).
  
• The "Savings Account" upgrade caps at $10000 interest per day.
  
• A small in-game icon notifies you when Silvervale is streaming on Twitch!
  
• Added a local backup of save files which is used whenever the cloud-synced save file is missing or corrupted. We are deeply sorry for all the progress that some of you have lost before, please please let us know if this happens again!

KNOWN ISSUES:

• You might need to replay through the tutorial after this update. Nothing's changed and it's mostly harmless.
  
• The inventory may take time to update items you've just received, or tell you you've received the same thing multiple times. We're working on fixing that.

• New Model Debut upgrade now says when it expires, and description has been updated so it doesn't suggest you'll get a new character model. It is only bonus money, nothing more.

Thank you so much for all the love for Lil Silvy! So many current players and positive reviews is crazy. It makes us unbelievably happy!

We've received valuable feedback and bug reports on both the Steam Community forums and Silvervale's Discord server (join here[discord.gg]) and we've prepared some bug fixes and improvements for you!
Now we need your help with testing a new build to make sure we're not introducing new bugs.

You can access the beta branch by right-clicking on the game in steam and clicking on Properties.

Then in the Betas tab click on the Beta Participation dropdown and select the beta branch!
