i don't know if i'm just retarded or something but it's telling me "press lmb to go to world" and no matter what i do it won't start the game

i've aced every level except for this one and it's driving me crazy, seems no mattter what i do i'm always short by a little bit. i'm assuming there's no easier way to do this one then just optimizing it perfectly but thought i'd post here since i'm no longer having fun lol. the only thing i can see saving enough time is how clean i do my turnaround since that's the only spot where my movement can slow down significantly. i've linked a video here of one of my runs: https://youtu.be/6VVHW44Pa_k...

I came all the way to the 4-21 while collecting all the stars. But I can't even normally complete the 4-21. It is notoriously difficult for me and I don't know why. The trouble is destroying the second ball. I can't catch it no matter what I do. I played the level like 200 times but only managed to destroy it 3 times so far.
