There is any form to relocate the stats points? Or you need to be sure about the build you wanna play at the start?

just started playing seems like a pretty decent game besides there being basically no one at all playing.

I enjoy MMOs a lot, regardless of how old or new they are. Is this game worth it at all to try out? I have seen all the posts about it being dead, not many people playing and all, but I would like to know - from someone playing or have played for quite a time - if this is even worth giving an hour or so of time to play....
