The random pop in encounters make this series suck!
It's immersion breaking to leave an outpost and randomly be tasked with defending it from twenty guys who spawn out of thin air. It's irritating when it happens just after you died and got respawned half a map away from where you died.

♥♥♥♥♥♥ franchise, why did I ever enjoy these as much as I did. At least X-Ray engine keeps track of enemies for more than fifty meters. Ubisoft was always a mid level developer!

or you can undertake a fortress to dissolve this issue
you can ask me if u need help lol

though i recommend you do one of these retaliation party missions just to unlock the chain takedown or whatever skill u get from it

the only thing you lose when you do not defend an out post you've already taken over is a chance to earn more cash and experience points

thats why that happens .. to help you lvl up

and yes once you take out the fort in the area of the outpost you will not have to defend it anymore, as it will no longer be attacked

the random encounters with animals is also part of the games design as well , as they can be deadly just like the enemy is .. use fire to keep animals away .. you always have Molotov cocktails .. use em

Yeah too bad STALKER 2 is absolute garbage and a complete POS Eastern euro-trash money grab game with literally NOTHING in the world outside of scripted events Anomaly Mod, Original games (with mods) yes, Stalker 2...No. I love STALKER and have been playing it since the release of the first game on day one. They're not the same games in any way and FC5 really addressed a lot of these issues but then they made the garbage that is FC6.
