I was playing this a few days ago, but when I went to play today, it crashes about 10 secs after clicking start, with no message. It appears the only game impacted, I've restarted PC, reinstalled the game, doesn't look like there's been an update, has some update to Steam impacted it or something? I tried to add the UCP mod to the game to fix some of the crashes and whatnot that happen. Once I loaded the mod according to the instructions, I apparently killed my game. When I start the game, I get the starting screen of Orion but I never get a menu to pop up to do anything. I looked through this discussion board and found it may be a compatibility issue, so I set MoO and then Steam as well to both run in Windows 8 compatibility. Still no dice.
