Mine has to be the cursed gem (exploding shots) and the disrupter (go back through laser doors) in my backpack. It means you have crazy firepower and if need be you can revisit health stations to heal. Also with the backpack you can switch between the disrupter and cursed gem without the getting cursed (hp reduced to half a heart) therefore negating the curse, so you can pick up gold and red potions freely.
