Ok, I have been trying at this for some time now, I have located the gear and was wondering how to get it. Could someone give me some small hints?

How do you deal with the mannequin in the upper library? It has been so long since I last played that I can't remember what the game said to do about them.

Has anyone had any success getting the Resolute achievement? According to Google you get it by beating the game without dying. I went through it on both Normal and Nightmare with no deaths and still don't have it. Is there a different condition that I am missing?...

Could be possible trading cards? :)

This has been posted on the regular forums already, but with no solution so far. According to other sites, the "Resolute" achievement requires beating the game without dying. A couple of us have done this, but the achievement hasn't unlocked. One player tried on both nightmare and regular difficulty. I tried on regular with both endings; I even had a no-damage run.
