I've actually already implemented the 'Not Completed' filter during development :D
It is going to work slightly differently, as I can't fetch items from the workshop based on a given players completion state, so it potentially has to fetch a lot of pages. So as it was a bit wonky I was unsure if it was worth it, but it's good to know that there is actual demand, so I will ship it soon!
For the rules, that's something we have thought about often. Having some kind of rule book with rules, variants, solving tips etc. Some people have also told us they'd like to have some solving tips for the variants to help them get started. So this one is really useful, but it is a lot of work to implement, though it's something we definitely want to do.
