After the maintenance is completed, we will offer compensation to each commander including 500 Sapphires, 88,888 coins, and 50 Military Card IV.

Below are the detailed contents of this update, please read carefully.

1. New Gameplay - Treasure Cave: In this season's Abyssal Rift, commanders will venture into a new rift zone where the ocean and land coexist. In this dangerous yet treasure-filled area, embark on a new journey alongside your clubmates!
2. Gameplay Upgrade - Joint Operation Abyss Mode: In the new season of Joint Operation - Abyss Mode, commanders will head to the newly introduced Morden Army Base. The Curse Demon has taken control of Morden Army's soldiers and armor, and the curse is spreading rapidly. Unlock new mysterious powers to help break the curse and defeat your enemies.
3. New System - Growth Boosting: Growth Boosting allows commanders who are falling behind to earn more development resources by participating in daily gameplays. Additionally, level boosts are available to help those lagging behind catch up to the average level of the main group.
4. New Weapon - Laser Gun: Combining stable firepower with the potential for an energy explosion, the Laser Gun is the epitome of destructive force. High-pressure pulses surge within the energy core, the gun is always ready to wreak havoc!
5. New Character - Eiserner: Although Eiserner was just an ordinary girl with no military training not long ago, her remarkable strategic abilities quickly elevated her to become Blackfire's youngest senior commander. Striving for victory with "minimal cost," Eiserner gives the command: Attack!

While waiting for the start of the new season, let's address the Season Settlement questions that everyone is concerned about. Let's take a look together!

1. Elevate Ultimate Level
First and foremost, we want to remind all commanders that upon reaching Level 110 during the season update, any unspent stamina and resources will be settled!If you prefer not to be settled, make good use of these resources and sprint towards the ultimate level!

Upon reaching Level 110, commanders will unlock the ultimate level, where all earned experience thereafter will be converted into ultimate level experience.
By continuously improving the ultimate level, commanders can claim generous rewards in the "Level Rewards" section of the ultimate talent interface.
With the increase in ultimate level, commanders will also receive ultimate talent points to unlock special talent features, enhancing your abilities in various gameplay modes and even unlocking some new gameplay content.

Furthermore, we want to remind everyone that, with the launch of the ultimate talent in the new season, all talents, effects, and ultimate level will reset. However, there's no need to worry because after the season settlement, when it is time to reap the rewards, plenty of rewards will be waiting for everyone to redeem!

2. Season Settlement
During the settlement process, the Seasonal Treasures will be temporarily open. The Merit Badge accumulated in Season 1 can be used to exchange for limited gems, character tokens, alloy pickaxes, weapon fragments, and many other items!
Merit Badge mainly come from the Abyss Value settlement at the end of the season. Commanders can make a final push to increase Abyss Value, allowing you to redeem more generous rewards when the Seasonal Treasures opens.
Additionally, if commanders who reach Level 110 at the season update have unspent resources, these resources will be settled and converted into item rewards.

The specific resources involved in the season update settlement are as follows:

1. Remaining stamina, turkey drumsticks, and stamina purchase times
2. Resource retrieval rewards for the first three days before the new season starts
3. First-clear rewards for any incomplete World Adventure stages
4. First-clear rewards for any incomplete Crystal Mine Exploration stages.

Commanders, hurry and check if you have any resources that will be settled!

If there are unspent resources when the new season starts, there is no need to worry. All remaining stamina & resources (excluding purchased stamina) will be settled and converted into item rewards based on a certain ratio.
The specific settlement rules are as follows:

1. Stamina: Only stamina exceeding the stamina limit will be settled and converted into rewards. For example, if a commander has 300/180 stamina, a maximum of 300-180 = 120 stamina will be settled

2. Turkey Drumsticks: All turkey drumsticks will be settled and converted into a specific reward.

3. Stamina Purchases: All current stamina purchase times will be settled and will not be converted into rewards.

4. Resource retrieval: For the first three days before the new season starts, all stamina & resources that can be retrieved through the resource retrieval feature will be settled and converted into specific rewards.

5. World Adventure: All incomplete World Adventure stages (including Story, Hard mode, and Flashback mode) will have their first-clear rewards settled, where experience and energy will be converted into rewards. The settled World Adventure levels will be marked as completed, and resources other than experience and stamina from the first-clear rewards will be sent to the commander via email when the new season starts.

6. Arcade Carnival - Crystal Mine Exploration: All incomplete Arcade Carnival -Crystal Mine Exploration stages will have their first-clear rewards settled, where experience will be converted into rewards. The settled Arcade Carnival - Crystal Mine Exploration stages will be marked as completed, and resources other than experience from the first-clear rewards will be sent to the commander via email when the new season starts.

3. Growth Acceleration
Opening Time: After the new update on October 22nd (server time)
System Overview: At the start of the new season, commanders whose levels are lower relatively will enjoy Growth Acceleration, including level boosts, increase DMG to the team's weapons, the level of team's core upgrades, Display Stand developmental materials distribution, and Vehicle Research Workshop level upgrades.

System Rewards: By participating in the corresponding daily gameplay, commanders can obtain more military cards, coins, general core part, gear oill, experience points, and conversion parts.

Friendly Reminder: The distribution of level boosts and developmental resources will consider the cultivation status of all the commander's weapons, cores, display stand, as well as the total amount of developmental materials in the inventory. There will be no excessive/duplicate distributions.

The following below are the updates for this new season, please read them carefully, commanders!

1. Season Settlement and Season Exchange
Season Settlement: After the season update, Commanders will receive Merit Badges based on their performance in Season 1, as well as rewards from The Merit Leaderboard rankings and Abyss Score , which can be collected in-game to receive them.

Season Exchange: The Season 1 exchange is temporarily opened, Commanders can use Merit Badges to exchange for items, including Rare Character Fragments, Character Exclusive Gem Reward,Mythic Weapon Fragment, and other rare items.

2. New Season Journey
A new round of the season journey has begun, Commanders can check in-game to preview the new season content in advance!

3. New Abyss Rift
A new map is about to open, with a significantly increased territorial size, thus Commanders no longer have to worry about insufficient land blocks.
There will be an added new season skill "Power of Clear Current". Inflict Power of Clear Current on Weapons. When shooting, it will unleash Clear Current and break Curses.
The Abyss Rift introduces a new gameplay "Treasure Cave." Commanders will accumulate exploration progress in the treasure cave while occupying territory. Discover and challenge the treasure cave to win rich rewards!
New underwater levels have been added, designed for free movement underwater, providing a whole new combat experience.

4. New Joint Operation - Abyss

1. Which characters should be upgraded during the early stages of the game?
In PVE mode, we recommend Commanders prioritize upgrading the hero Marco Rossi, who can provide sustained damage. In PVP mode, we suggest Commanders prioritize upgrading Eri Kasamoto with high agility and Gru with high burst damage. These heroes are not only powerful but are also easily obtainable.

2. Character Talent
Character Talents are a very important element on the battlefield. For example, Marco Rossi's talent [Rapid Punch] deals damage based on the number of shots fired, so it is best to equip him with a high attack-speed weapon. Nadia's talent [Emergency Candy] can restore HP to heroes swapped off the battlefield, while Haran's talent [Frigid Squad] not only adds a freezing effect to weapons but also boosts the team's critical hit rate. By using a strategic combination, you can achieve higher damage output.

3. Training System
The game's training system mainly consists of weapons, equipment, and character upgrades. Match heroes with suitable weapon cores, use hero tokens to enhance badges, and improve character talent to help Commanders overcome obstacles and low damage.

4. Claiming Game Launch Celebration Rewards
In Metal Slug: Awakening, you can receive nearly 130 pickaxes in the first month. So Commanders, try your luck! Since the official launch, signing in for 2 days will reward you with the hero Nadia. Completing the Hot Pursuit will unlock heroes Tarma, Haran, and Grui. The Arena Store and Club Shop allow you to exchange rare weapon fragments and character tokens.
