I think it unlocks when you reach normal difficulty. On top of junk and plasma you also get energy. Energy makes the upgrades under junk and plasma cheaper to purchace. This sounds awesome but I feel the numbers don't work out to anything useful. The price of each upgrade grows exponentially, usually something like each level is 20% or 25% more expensive than the previous one. I bought the 10e pack, got confirmation email about funds added to account and also an email about the purchase of "Starter Pack" for Galaxy clicker idle. The blinking -70% icon also disappeared from the antimatter shop. The amount of antimatter I have is still the same as it was before(2650) and I don't see any upgrades I would have gained either. I also saved and restarted the game. Is there a delay or something I am not understanding?...

For background, I started yesterday, have done 2 black holes and I am currently on Easy/1 galaxy/2nd star system/2nd planet/Area 8 1. Is there a way to buy "max"? I can't colonize EASY modes planets even though I am at NORMAL, Galaxy 1, Star System 2, Planet 3. MY last colonization is at EASY, Galaxy 4, Star System 2 and it is at 14/50. Am I missing something?

I turned it on as soon as I unlocked it, which was a terrible mistake since it missed every single one. I left it off until I levelled up the speed to level 4, and I managed to get 4 or so thingies (blue naturally) and turned it off I then left it off, grinded for the magnet in hopes that would help, still only got 4 or so and magnet did nothing (I've seen it work in manual mode, so I get how close it needs to be, it didn't 'reach' out for any) I have 3 bars at size 6, 5, and 4.
