no matter what i do in the story the tag doesnt get triggered at all. its weird. help?

Not sure if this feature is removed or what, but I remembered that you can send your hand-made goodies or a back space icon to the NPC once a day and it will increase their affinity. Now I can't remember how to do it. Please help ;-;

is anyone else unable to make custom merchandises with the crafting feature? I can get into the menu when it is introduced, but I cannot reposition or change the size or orientation of pieces. it's completely broken for me! does anyone know why, or also have this issue? thank you!!...

It says that leveling up the institute requires "handmade" but making my own merch doesnt raise the counter Is it bugged, a translation error or did i misinterpret it?
