I played the game several years ago, and now I understand that the game does not work on Steam. I downloaded a new game launcher, but how can I log into the account that I downloaded while playing through Steam?

Hello, I'm new to this game, I downloaded the client through steam, and the very first login the game is asking for a PIN code. "Enter the PIN code that you have created for your account." I have never set any pin code, not in Steam, not on the game site, not on the ARC site. I have a game account besides my Steam account, I never created a PIN code anywhere, I would create one now, but I don't know how, since I haven't found a way to do it. so i wonder, on the RU version they seem to run more servers, i assume they got a lot of activity? Why not release that version with an english patch?
