If there's no graphics options available, surely this should just be called Volume Controls. It'd be nice to get rid of fullscreen somehow, I very rarely play for long if I can't use a windowed mode. Regular mouse-driven controls would also be an aid for accessibility, the fact you have to nudge these sliders on an angle that isn't easy to maintain without very fine muscle control is very offputting.
