I have multiple crashes a day, with error code 0xc0000005 (event viewer) and online research mentioned adjusting some graphic settings, which cannot be done in the game client and my graphic interface software does not give me the options that are recommended. Now I am stuck in the game at chapter 7 just after hope's apartment, I finish the fight and the game immediately crashes
