It's actually pretty simple after i spent about 45-60 minutes on google and saw nothing but mods and work around that require downloading files. I'm not a big fan of having to download files to play a game, unless i bought the game because i want to mod the crap out of it *ehem SKYRIM, Witcher 3*.

Okay so all you need to do is plug a PS5 or Xbox Controller to your PC with a USB charging cord and it will stop the game from lagging and stuttering every 2 seconds. I hope this help and if it doesn't, leave a comment and i'll do the best i can to help you out.
