Does the game support 1920 x 1080 native res with no black borders
Does the game support 1920 x 1080 native res with no black borders? If it does I may try it out, I don't know much about Rube Goldberg machines, it looks interesting. I won't buy it if it doesn't support my preferred resolution. Thanks.

why is this funny?

The criteria people can have for buying interactive entertainment.

I for one don't buy games that don't cast ambient light on my room to make it feel like a vacation on a tropical island during a full moon. It's a dealbreaker.

To each their own.

Its only $2.99.

No dice if it won't run natively on 3467x1272 pixel-perfect and remove the physical border on my monitor. I don't like scaling and empty space.

Thanks macroexpand. That is a lot more insightful and helpful then the previous comments.

Indeed it is.

Not sure how you missed it, isolated1. But I'm 100% certain that macroexpand was mocking you.
----

The requirement of perfectly fitting someones resolution is just as strange to me as the requirement of 60FPS or higher. If a game has black borders at a high resolution, it's because the game was built to be played in a smaller screen, so the game will play as it should. That's my only requirement, a properly functional game.

I'm not saying standards aren't important, or wrong, just that some games can only be played at lower standards for (often) good reasons.

To each their own, and all that!

Yes! Since we're using Unity3D, the game will work at any screen resolution. When the game first starts, there's an option to select your screen resolution, and the last option in the list is the native resolution of your display. You can also go full screen or windowed. Of course, if you have a really high res display and your graphics card can't keep up, you have the option of lowering the resolution or the quality of the rendering.

This game is no FPS, and there's a limited amount of objects on the screen, and they're not all that detailed. (Given that the originals are newspaper (?) cartoons, that's entirely forgivable.)
I found it actually looks better on my monitor if I run it windowed at a smaller size.
