A social deduction game where even while you're trying to talk about the game seriously it sounds like you're talking about generic office banter. It's like the game is forcing people to roleplay being in an office without realizing it.

Getting people (who'd otherwise hate roleplay) to roleplay unintentionally is something akin to a herculean feat.

A final note: Playing the game without a sprint on at all times is much more enjoyable. Fun of the game for all parties is taken out if everyones moving at mach speed. Drinking coffee grants this effect if you REALLY can't live without it.
