game wont load

for some reason i try to load up the witcher 3 but i cant play. whenever i click play steam says its running but im still on my desktop anyone got ideas for this?

Just wait, it takes some minutes after you launch the game from the launcher. It happens the same to me.

go to folder
Documents\The Witcher 3
delete or rename or move somewhere else all the .settings files
then try the game again.

I tried this, still not working. I am using a i7-9750h and its uhd 630 graphic card.
