Even just the main story can easily take over 50 hours.
It's difficult to square your statement about it being your second favorite game with your saying how boring it is. By your words, it sounds like you don't even want to do the main quest, and you specifically say you don't do the side quests. If this is your second favorite, I have to wonder if you even like gaming.
Witcher 3 is a very long game. 100% completion is estimated at 189 Hours.
But many gamers have spent a whole lot more hours than that. All we're saying is, based on what you've told us - this might not be the game for you. If you want to continue playing, you might have to brace yourself of being bored a lot.
Edit: btw your comparison to cs:go players is not the same dude. Those people dont dislike the game because of cheaters, they dislike the cheaters for ruining the game they love.
