On my first playthrough, the train station energy puzzle worked just fine. On my second, it did not. All required parts were green, and in fact I had the exact same layout as shown in screenshots and walkthroughs elsewhere, but the cutscene just did not trigger. Quitting and reloading did not help either. What finally solved the issue, was to disconnect _all_ stations from all power stations on the grid, and then connecting them again one after the other.
