Pause function doesn't work
Why doesn't it work to pause the game? The burgers still cook and the people still get angry that I'm taking too long. Can we please fix this? Or give me a way to pause the game?

Customers will never leave when you play on easy ;) so you can go "afk" for a while. It wont stop burning your burger.

the roadmap say it's done... but I don't find the way...

It is "completed" but has not been added to the live version of the game

"Completed section lists features and tasks that have been fully developed and tested but are not yet live in the game. These will be released in upcoming updates."
