What should I do if my avatar was taken away during an update?
Email support@brawlhalla.com with the Subject: "Ingame Avatar missing after update."

This should help get the issue addressed.

i sent them an e-mail 1/2 day almost a day ago...

maybe im a bit impatient but i don't think they goin' to answer...

they don't even give a sh*t about my e-mail, no answer no nothin'
