I have carefully sweeped the city and every hotel room, Money Finder in hand, yet still the Mr. Money Bags achievement eludes me. After buying every item in the game, excluding bribing the receptionist for Lennayy's whereabouts ( he suffered a basketball related death ), I still had 161 dollars in my wallet. Is there some supersecret I'm missing?...

Any tips for how to get the moneys in the retreating alleyway, with the suicide car attacking Juglio when he has his back turned, and getting out alive? I've tried jumping over it both with and without the Jump Shoes and I've also tried shooting it but alas, Juglio gets squishkebabed into the air each time....
