update audio drivers :) i had that with a headset from JBL, always when i watched YT videos i got from time to time Stutters and then i did not used it anymore and bought a new one, dunnow what it was maybe kHz problems or driver problems.

not that considering i updated them yesterday

the Driver for the headset and the Driver on your motherboard for sound ?
Realtek or ATI HD something, depend on wich one you use.

try it, and then look what settings your kHz is set to try 48kHz / 24bit maybe that will help.

everythings updated and thats what my audio's set to and I know it isnt my headphones considering nothing else outside the game crackles. I'll just have to deal with it for now. Thanks for the suggestions though!

test another headset or audio devices, if it is still there then there's somethign wrong with the Game files / PC settings or what ever but if it is gone then it have to be something with the headset.

I think it might be the port. Remake also had this issue but changing something in the engine.ini fixed it for me. But I've never had this issue before before playing these games

if you can find the Engine.ini and change the settings there too then the problem will be fixed in rebirth too ? give it a try.

Having audio stutter, even in menus. Seams to happen in more intense areas throughout chapter 1. Can't play it like this and would love some suggestions.

I'm having this too, but it only/mainly seems to happen whenever you're in a menu or some sort of UI is being shown. I've had a couple of sessions where the issue wouldn't pop up but been crackling ever since.

Did you disable Audio Enhancements from Windows? (Control Panel -> Sound) for the corresponding device? I had the same issue on my PS5/PS4 controller speaker and my headphones.

I did, full reset of the audio device, windows troubleshooter, different headset. All the same issue. People listening to my stream hear it too.

Similar problem, were you able to solve it somehow? I have music sounds in the starting videos and when the music plays they slow down. There is no such heresy in any game.

Same thing and only with this single game
