plot hole?
we are told at the end that the emergency exit will cause memory loss, but
a) yuma remembers kurumi - why? does he remember fabricated events? i though he would forget the entire plot.
b) makoto remembers their deal - how? it was made inside the ML

Yuma just loses the memories of the shinigami and labyrinth. Everything else he remembers. Makoto used his own ability to get in and it functioned for him in there like it does for Yuma except he could get out by turning off his ability. So like Yuma he could remember things in there but unlike Yuma he could get out without doing the other conditions

what does he remember in cases where he talked to shinigami outside the ML? what happens if shinigami gave him an idea? is everything rewritten?

He might've also deduced everything - he's Number One, after all. Also, Vivia remembers everything!
