Complete the game achievement ("Rain Code") not unlocking while offline (can't get it back)
To the developer:
When I was doing the last chapter (Rain Code) my internet accidentally dropped. I didn't get the achievement on the first run.

Later I realised it and load the save again, no luck.

I started the final chapter and run again, no luck.

I tried to saw all the final credit video and cutscene without skipping, no luck.

Think this game's achievement requires online status and once you missed, there is no chance getting it back?

No unfortunately. I tried clean install of the game and get cloud save, and tried the last chapter again, no unlocking. I gave up. Dev seems not caring about this.

use Steam Achievement Manager to give it to yourself....

The only way this would happen, is if they coded it so the achievement only pops once when you see the ending naturally PER SAVE, instead of redoing the ending. So I think you are just ♥♥♥♥ out of luck if that's the case.
