Can't seem to buy the items in the points shop
I have almost 3 hours, and I decided to buy the emotes and backgrounds, but I keep getting an error when I try to buy them.
It's something about not being able to load them, are the points shop items still region locked

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience, we haven't had this issue reported thus far. The community items were never region locked to begin with. Even though the game only supported Japanese and Chinese at the time, the community items were available for purchase since the release of the game in July from users in all regions of the world.

We recommend you contact Valve, if you can't find a resolution please send us another reply here or to our official support address (in the pinned topic), and we'll see how we can investigate the issue.

I found the issue
There was a server error, or something
I was able to buy the items now without issue
