one of the best VR games I've ever played
I feel I have a moral obligation to inform gamers that you can play this game in full 360° VR using UEVR (free). After experiencing it for the first time, I've struggled to understand why it worked so well in VR, and I've concluded: its sum is greater than its parts.

It's not just that you can walk through the rain-soaked, foggy night surrounded by the neon-lit city (with prominent skyline buildings), or the physicality in the collection of characters, or mysteries coming to life to be solved, or the creative/abstract/surreal artistic use of 3D spaces or the way the anime-style graphics reduce hardware lag... it's the balance between all these elements combined. I hope sometime there will be other fans of the game who can confirm if I'm being deluded or who are also seeing something special.

For a first time playthrough, I understand that one of the cons with experiencing UEVR games can be in seeing unintended geometry, unoptimized camera angles, etc... but, most people who play the game are only going to do so once (once you've solved the mysteries there's less replayability imo), so I think by default the pros of 3D outweigh the negatives of 2D, although I know some people would prefer 2D for the polish.

Here are my UEVR settings (game graphics menu settings are 'Background Quality on Low' to get rid of those black corduroy lines, I don't get why they were even added in the first place? rest of settings all on High), which looks great in my opinion:

I use the Nightly Build for UEVR, I use Rai-Pal which is a convenient way to check for updates and download the newest mod version

regarding jumping and ducking, it seems everyone knew about it from a previous game, but it doesn't mention those moves in the button menu on the right-side during duels, I ended up losing a lot of health lol
