It's hard for me to say this as a huge Alice soft fan, but this game is just not it. The story isn't particularly interesting, the protagonist is a self-insert, and the RPG portion of the game is just hold ctrl while you autobattle. Yes, I know autobattle is a new thing for the remaster but there was so little skill variety that I can't imagine not autobattling. If you're really looking for Alicesoft deepcuts after Evenicle/Rance, better off with something like Daibanchou.
