Hello, is there a mod or a file to download to have all the cosmetics of the game, I know that a year or two ago I managed to download this file but I can't find it anymore if anyone has the info! thank you very much

what game engine is this running on and is single play any good or possible ?

I kind of want to pick this game up again but I don't want to deal with MMORPG hell. How much can I do with the base single player model? Can I recruited NPC's and fight AI or is it just a building sandbox like back when it originally came out.
