I can't find my CD key anywhere
When I first booted the game, I assumed the key would pop up like it did with AC 2 and brotherhood which are the only games i have played previously. But no, Apparently only that happens with older games. I tried going into the manage option on the library page like ubisoft support told me to but the CD keys option was missing. I dont know of a way to talk to ubisoft about this so this is the only place i can ask. Anyone else having this problem?

When you purchase / activate a title it's bound to your Steam / Ubisoft account so a key isn't required.

If you're being asked for a key by Ubisoft Connect please first try verifying the game's files[ubi.li] and if there's no change, please then try clearing the cache for Ubisoft Connect as per this guide.[www.ubisoft.com]

i got a problem with this game too..... mine is because i have changed my email account associated with steam ....

i lost acess to the original email account and now i guess im up ♥♥♥♥♥ creek without a paddle

i guess ubisoft expects people to keep the same email their whole life

now i wish i bought a physical copy of every ubisoft game i have ever bought

then i would have that key

its too bad ubisoft expects you to keep the same email for life ...

Hello there, I'm sorry that you've had this account issue on Assassin's Creed: Unity.

Changing your Steam email address shouldn't cause issues with the game, if the Ubisoft and Steam account linked remain the same. If you have created a new Steam account using a different email then the game might result in an authentication error, as the license was activated with a different Steam account.

your wrong galaxy ....sir dev..

i cant log in because i lost access to my old email ... so obviously im, gonna change my steam email... you .. totally said a bunch of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ trying to sound important while dodging the issue that you cant change your email cause you will lose access to the game....

like ♥♥♥♥ im old im on my like 4th email account for my life and with most companies thats no problem you just change yopur email and your done....

Galaxy you said a bunch of bs but basically you said if you changed your email your screwed ... so thank you for a reach around answer that jerkered me off

and obviously im on the same steam account i changed my email like i said.... so quit giving me shady reasons on why it mightr not work on my part....

ubisoft purposly makes it imopossible to email so they dont have to help
the fact it took a quarter of a year to get a repl that was as useful as a piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on you shoe proves your ineffectiveness to actually help anypone
