Ubisoft is such a joke.

I own almost all AC games, if not all. I can only access 10% of them.

There constantly is some ♥♥♥ up with the log in and separate launcher, because Ubisoft feels the need to force us to log in separately, so when the game is connected to another of your Steam accounts or you used some old Ubisoft account, there is no chance to log in and play the damn game.

Even after checking and reconnecting accounts correctly with my Ubi account following the supports advise, its not working.

Its such a chaos and mess up with these ubi accounts. Steam should ban games that force you to start a separate launcher. I bought your overpriced games and for some reason I cant just click on the game and start it up!

Its ridiculous.

Yeah, I even wrote to a dev/mod on here ages ago, they are not interested in solving this at all, probably because there is no solution and the whole concept is ass already.

I own almost every AC game on steam. I have had problems starting older ones, but that was because of hardware/drivers, not account/launcher fault. But I do agree, Ubisoft making us use their launcher that nobody asked for and nobody actually needs is a ♥♥♥♥ move. :steamthumbsdown:

Same here. Just that I can not access any of my AC games. EXCEPT for the one I have via Epic Games.

Why is that? You are not able to log into uplay?

No idea. I lost track due to the huge chaos going through this with support and so on.

It basically all starts with a simple, your password is wrong, over, your account is not connected, to not being able to even detect what account the game is connected to, although I was always able to play before.

It does not make any sense and the Ubi support is also of no help at all nor is their terrible " cooperation " with Steam/Valve.

It makes no sense whatsoever and many people are having Account issues it seems.

Wow, i really hope this gets resolved for you.

I hope so as well but I strongly doubt it.

I already invested numerous hours into solving this, including numerous steps and exchanging with the support as much as it was possible. Sadly, nothing.

Just gonna pop in and say this has never happened to me nor the friends I play with. So, if you have that issue, that's rough but there is almost always a reason and insulting the company won't fix it.

Same here, my old ubi account got compromised and suddenly I can't play this anymore even with new account. My recovery plea also seems not to get responded.

it's ironic that I have this game, can download it, but cannot play it because the ass login system.

No one is insulting the company. We are criticising ubi for its wishy washy work. Is that not allowed?
Yep. And it's deserved. Ubisoft launcher doesn't do anything new, it does not improve our experience. All it does is takes up space on pc, and asks for that damn password almost every day, even though i always tick to remember me. It is annoying and basically ransomware. If we do not keep the damn launcher we can't keep our games. Steam does everything that ubiplay launcher does and billion times more.

i feel dirty after comparing steam to ubiplay.

Edit: this is my personal opinion, if someone likes the damn launcher, im not judging

No one likes the damn launcher, only the people who do not encounter any issues with it jump in to " defend " it as they ignore that many others do have issues.

Its like people who drive Lada. Its a good and reliable car. Until it breaks down. lol.
