Every time I try to begin the Training mission or a new game it stops working. I tried to play with different settings, but no luck. Who's got the same problem?

i know i can just go right straight to the full campaing, but is it just me or the part where you have to finish a stage on time is bugged and cannot be complete? I somehow always end up having 11/12 targets shot and cant find that last one ...
