After conquering the desert I went to the Highlands. Eventually The Calm Keepers lost base 1. I Gathered mechminds and claimed base 1. Production capacity is at 100% but it can't produce any gliders. Clan economic status at 0. Immediately lose the base when I exit. Quite frankly the game doesn't adequately explain it's own mechanics, and English documentation is deficient and often rudimentary. The manual isn't that useful either....
