So just got the game, got to wave 30 only due to the 'microbes are insane?!' mutation and I'm legit lost on how to get past wave 10. Do I focus on one weapon, do multiple of each, combo each slot? I'm getting frustrated already as damage doesn't seem to increase without meta progression (first thing I maxed out) and nothing I do works out by like wave 6. Am I missing something?...

I am loving this game so far but this is perhaps the hardest roguelite I've played. I'm struggling in depth 1 and get to about wave 12ish. I get the concept of weapon forms based on additional types. but it feels like stuff is expensive and I upgrade too slowly, or when I SHOULD buy weapon upgrades. Any kind of tips for a baby guardian like me?...

Just wondering how well this game runs on the Steam Deck, is it possible to get a consistent 60fps?

I play the game on steam deck and I like it alot but the only problem i have with it is my cursor doesnt show up when i use the trackpad to aim, its completly invisible, whereas on youtube ive seen people have a white circle cursor. I prefer the feel of the trackpad over the joystick though. Also the sight line options are very faint and I often die because my aim is slightly off. Is there a fix in the options that Im just not seeing? or any other heplful suggestions?...
