trying to get all the achievements for this game, ive done everything apart from unlocking the city map and obtaining 75 market share for each type of phone, can someone tell me how to do these please

I would like to see in the game these things: - be able to make MY own operating system for smartphones or AT LEAST choose what OS my phone will have when i develop them (android, iOS...) - more functions for phones (screen size etc..)
